J.F. of The Rock n Roll Rats infamous punk band from way back in 1996.

"Live as Fuck" is a 34 minute live gig from 1996. It contains the only known recordings of bassist Nicole Beal singing. Songs she wrote and sang include "Club Ponoka" and others, including the famous sing-along lyrics about a go-nowhere job "would you like some fries with that"?!

Recorded live at one of the many "community hall" gigs in the mid-late 1990s, this treasure of under produced honest punk rock is now available for FREE digital download almost 20 years later. If you choose to donate, the money will be used toward CURRENT Canadian Ensign Records projects, so thanks!
